Marka Bekçisi

Who is selling your brand on Turkish marketplaces?

We scan every listing sold under your brand name on Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon.com.tr, n11 and Çiçeksepeti — weekly. You get who is selling, at what price, which sellers are not on your authorized-dealer list, and the evidence to act on it.

Turkey is a market you can't see from outside

Trendyol alone has more than 30 million active customers, and most of it is invisible unless you read Turkish and check five platforms by hand every week.

How it works

Step 1

Scan

We search the public results of all five marketplaces for your brand name and record each listing's seller, price, image and first-seen date. No marketplace account, no passwords.

Step 2

Detect

Match against your authorized-dealer list, observed price spread against the market median, reuse of your product photos across sellers, and brand-name hijacking in listing titles.

Step 3

Report and evidence

Findings ranked by priority as candidates for review — never as infringement claims. If you want to act, we prepare the evidence file in the format Turkish marketplaces expect.

What the report looks like

The sample below was produced from a real scan; brand and sellers are anonymized. It shows the exact format you would receive.

Sample scan report (PDF, Turkish)

Summary figures, marketplace distribution, priority-ranked findings table, seller breakdown and a “what we do not verify” section. Reports for international clients are delivered in English.

Free initial scan

We scan your brand and send you what we find, free. It's a report, not a sales call. If it isn't useful, you owe nothing.

Your details are processed only to fulfil this scan request and are not shared with third parties. Details: Privacy Policy (Turkish). You can ask for deletion at any time.

What we do not verify — we say it in every report

Our report is a detection exercise, not a legal opinion and not a claim of infringement. Findings are candidates for review.

  • The absence of Trendyol's “Authorized Seller” badge is not evidence of infringement — the badge is tied to an authorized-dealer document the seller uploads and Trendyol approves. No badge can mean the seller never uploaded one, it was rejected, or the brand never set up the flow.
  • We do not examine whether products are physically counterfeit; that requires a test purchase.
  • Under Turkish law (Industrial Property Code No. 6769, art. 152) a genuine product lawfully placed on the market can be resold; an unauthorized seller of genuine goods is a distribution problem, not a takedown case.
  • You file takedowns from your own rights-holder identity; we produce detection and evidence.
  • Nothing is filed without human review. A wrong notice creates liability for you and for us.

How we treat data

We read only the marketplaces' public search pages; we never log into any account and never ask for your marketplace credentials. Reports contain no personal data of sellers — only public store names and listing URLs. Details: Privacy Policy.
